Manufacturing Capabilities
VAL TemperBent® has a thorough understanding of what can be realized in custom-fabricated curved/bent glass, and our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is without peer in our industry.
Our manufacturing capabilities include:
- Flat and Bent Tempering - Our equipment can fabricate pieces as large as 48" width/girth and 96" length; thicknesses from 1/8" to 3/8"; and a radius of 3-3/4" or greater.
- A Variety of Profile Shapes - We can provide you
with a simple cylindrical bend, single bend, double bend, double radius,
triple radius, elliptical bend, conical or spherical shapes.
- Screen Printing - We offer variety of decorating and branding options through our advanced glass screen printing abilities.
- Drilling Holes - We use an extensive set of glass drill types and machinery to meet all of your glass-drilling needs for your project.
- Insulated Unit Sealing and Fabrication - We utilize
the latest insulation and fabrication techniques, including argon gas filling
of the air-gap.
- Specialty Glass Sub-Assembly Fabrication - With our
customized in-house fabrication and our experienced staff, we can assist
with all of your sub-assembly needs.
In addition to the capabilities discussed above, bent-tempered glass with smaller radii and larger girths can be furnished by sourcing these items from our parent company, VAL GLASS, s.p.a. in Northern Italy.
